The Paper Apron official issue + masthead policy is that we (and by we, I mean I) declare it new issue time whenever we’re ready for a change. As a general rule, issues correspond more or less with the seasons. But, who likes general rules? I’m not so fond of specific rules, either. But, I do like change. And, yeah, it’s kinda fun to design a new one.
